NOTE: If you have a student at Ledges, they plan to open conference sign ups on Friday, August 11th. They had to push the date back a couple days while they get settled in their new building. Please be patient with them while they get moved in and work hard to have everything ready to go for students!
There's even a photo booth at Rock the Block!
Rock the Block is happening tonight! 6:00-8:00 at Stonebridge Church! Come on down for school supplies, games, food and fun!
Hello Franklin Families!
We hope you're all having a great summer and are looking forward to school starting up in a few weeks. We're looking forward to seeing our returning students and families and getting to know our new students and families! Here are a couple pieces of information as we look toward the upcoming school year:
* Families should now be able to see homeroom assignments in Infinite Campus. Just use your Infinite Campus parent portal to login and view your student's assigned homeroom teacher.
* Back to school conferences will be held on August 23 & 24. Conference sign-ups will open on August 9. More information on signing up will be coming out soon. Our goal is to meet with 100% of our families so make sure to sign up!
* The first day of school for Franklin students is Friday, August 25. This is different from middle and high school students who start on August 23.
* Rock the Block is tomorrow night (8/3) from 6:00-8:00 at Stonebridge Church. Feel free to stop by for school supplies, food, games and fun!
* We still have some families that haven't completed the registration for the 23-24 school year. As a reminder, this is where families sign up for bussing. Students must be registered in order to ride the bus to/from school.

One more pie in the face for Mr. Hilmer today! 😂
That's a wrap on the 2022-2023 school year! Thanks to all of our families for sharing your children with us this year. Good luck to our 4th graders next year in middle school! Have a fun, safe summer everyone! ❤️💚😎
Reminder: Tuesday, May 30 is the last day of school. It will be an early release day and students will be dismissed at 1:10 for the summer! 😎☀️
BIG thanks to our elementary PTO for putting together a great block party last week! It was great to see so many of our families out to celebrate a successful school year. Thanks to the PTO for all of their hard work and support of our schools!
To support the Kids Heart Challenge, Mr. Hilmer agreed to let the student who raised the most money in each grade pie him in the face! He kept his word on Friday and 2 of the 3 students got their chance! Our students did a great job raising funds to support heart health! Two of our second grade students raised over $700 each! ❤️💪🏻
Congratulations to our students who received the last Kid of Character certificates for the year on Friday! We're so proud of all the positive character traits our students have demonstrated throughout this school year! ❤️💚
Our 4th graders did a "clean up Franklin" project this morning. They pulled weeds, picked up trash, swept mulch, raked and spread fresh mulch. They were amazing and did a great job working together! The building looks great! 💚❤️💪🏻
Big thanks to Darcy Newcomb and the staff at the Boone pool! Our Franklin students had a great time celebrating their hard work during the 22-23 school year with an afternoon of swimming! The weather was amazing both days and our students had a great time. We appreciate the lifeguards and staff making it possible for our students to come over for an afternoon of fun!
